Chris Atkinson was also back in the driver seat at this one having filled in for Nasser Al-Attiyah in the Qatar World Rally Team's DS3 WRC car while he was away winning a bronze medal at the London Olympic Games, in the Skeet shooting event.

Attention drift fans! Formula Drift is holding a contest to find the person who can design the most creative logo to celebrate the 10 th anniversary of Formula Drift. We are looking for a unique and exciting logo with a new twist which will be used as a "supplemental" logo in advertisements, on merchandise, on cars, etc., in 2013 to highlight the 10 year anniversary of Formula Drift. PRIZE 1 Grand Prize Winner will receive a VIP trip, including airfare and hotel accomodations, to the Round 7 Pro Championship Event in the 2012 Formula Drift Series, October 12-13, 2012 in Irwindale, CA. Includes VIP passes to the Round 7 event and the FD Awards Banquet on October 14.
