Remember those wacky Sid and Marty Krofft shows you used to watch when you were younger? Well Doug and the Anipals from Comedy Central's TV Funhouse are like those in a way, but only worse. TV Funhouse stars a wacky cowboy named Doug, who sets up the scene for his Anipals in every episode. These puppet Anipals consist of Hojo the turtle, Whiskers the cat, Chickie the rooster, Rocki the fish, and three dogs - Xabu, Mr. Bo, and Fogey.

Each of the Anipals has their own distinct personality and gets into all sorts of trouble that always adds up to hilarious fun on this new series. Past episodes have featured the Anipals taking a trip to Mexico to visit a whorehouse and Fogey the dog trying to stop eating his own poop.

This series from Robert Smigel, the creator of the Ambiguously Gay Duo on Saturday Night Live, also features the sick and twisted cartoons that we are used to seeing on SNL is sure to be a hit with all fans of Comedy Central.
